You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
First Quality Product:
New, unopened items may be returned by the customer (with a 15% restocking fee and at customer expense) within 30 days of delivery.* If the returned item is damaged or in a condition that is different from the condition in which it was sent to the customer, Boomerang has the option to issue a partial refund.
*A restocking fee of 15% will be incurred for the following return requests:
• Buyer refuses delivery.
• Buyer changes mind, buyer remorse, or price difference.
• Buyer refuses delivery - unless refused due to visible damage that occurred during shipment.
• Buyer returns an item, but it arrives to the seller damaged, defective, or materially different than what was originally shipped by the seller.
• Order is returned to Boomerang as undeliverable.
Product Nonconformance, Defects or Service:
Our in-house quality-control procedures ensure that customers are shipped first quality merchandise. In order to determine the cause of defect or nonconformance, it is Boomerang's policy that:
1. Boomerang receive notification in writing of any claim within 30 days of any claimed lack of conformity of the product.
2. Defective item must be returned to and inspected by Boomerang.
Boomerang will pay return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (incorrect or defective item).
3. Boomerang’s policy is to repair, replace, or issue a partial refund for product at Boomerang’s option.
**Returns Policy does not cover the following:
• Products that have been modified, altered, misused, abused or involved in accidents or natural disasters.
• Damage to the product resulting from improper maintenance or repair or the failure to follow the product installation instructions and usage instructions.
• Damage or deterioration to the surface finish, aesthetics or appearance of the product.
• Labor costs to remove and/or reinstall the product covered by this warranty.
• Normal wear and tear to the product.
• Products lost or damaged in shipment.
• Insurance and/or shipping costs incurred in returning your Boomerang product.
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. International rates are not always computed correctly on the store website.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
